Our top of the line 130 m² Executive Residence located on the 3rd floor, is the ideal setting to make the most out of your hectic lifestyle. Delicately furnished with various comfortable seating arrangements highlights the grandiose open area, whilst accentuating comfort. A fully functional desk with effective illumination gives you the much-needed space where you may complete your tasks in all serenity. A large fully fitted kitchen will give you complete freedom as to make the most of it during your stay with us here at the R213. Your sleeping arrangements come to you as two well-appointed bedrooms each with a King-size bed and dressed in quality linens with ample wardrobe space. Last but not least, two full bathrooms, one with bathtub and walk-in shower the other one with shower cabin.






OUR SUPPLEMENTS

HOUSEKEEPING: Notwithstanding the duration of your stay our weekly housekeeping and linen refreshment service is included and mandatory. This service is scheduled as of the seventh (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays). Additional housekeeping and linen refreshment services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 75€ supplement


PARKING: Pending a daily supplement and availability, R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 300€ monthly supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.

Neighbourhood

R213 Residence Botanique is located within the municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode part of the Brussels Capital Region, on Rue Royale. On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the "Botanique", one of our capital’s primary cultural centre, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church.

Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, the before mentioned "Botanique” being an institution, offering countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.

Transport

R213 location will most certainly benefit the start of your scheduled professional or leisure activities, as we are within walking distance from Brussels shopping district, its historical city centre or all major businesses. Public transport facilities are literally accessible at our doorstep, with easy access to all European Institutions nearby and our international railroad network.

ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

By taxi: It's about a 30-minute ride cost about €50. By train-shuttle: Take the train-shuttle to Brussels North Station, scheduled every half hour, the ride takes about 15-minute, with a one-way ticket costing you around €8.80. R213 is located at about a 10-minute walk from the Brussels North, or 5 minutes by taxi.


ARRIVING BY TRAIN / SUBWAY

By train: The closest train station Brussels North Station (Bruxelles Nord) is a 10-minute walk from R213, or 5 minutes by taxi. By subway: The closest subway station is called « Botanique » about 300 meters from our doorstep, a single ticket for 1h is 2.10€.
