R213 Booking Policies

RATES § CANCELATION POLICIES

▶︎ Vacation rental / for stays from 2 to 89-days:
STANDARD RATE:
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • You may cancel free of charge until five days before arrival.
  • If you cancel within the five days before arrival, the penalty will be the cost of the first night.
  • Any refund will be subject to a 5% administration fee.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Tick the non-refundable discount rate box at the time of payment for an automatic -15% discount.
  • Be advised that any cancellations made from this point onwards will not be eligible for reimbursement.


▶︎ Serviced apartment rentals / for stays as of 90-days:

  • A 40% down payment is requested in order to confirm your apartment.
  • All subsequent monthly payments are due four days prior to the commencement of the following month.
  • For cancelations up to fourteen (14) days before arrival you will be reimbursed pending a standard 5% administrative charge of the total amount paid.
  • If you cancel within the fourteen (14) days before arrival, the cancelation fee will correspond to 50% of the first month rent.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

▶︎ CHECK-IN FROM 3 PM TO 5:30 PM

  • A Meet § Greet welcome is standard procedure until 17h30 To ensure the best possible welcome, travellers are kindly requested to let us know their arrival time. This will allow us to guaranty you a smooth check-in.
  • Within 24-hours of your arrival, our hostess will contact you via SMS / WhatsApp in order to coordinate our rendez-vous.


▶︎ SELF-CHECK-IN AFTER 5:30 PM

  • If you opted for a self-check-in after 17h30, it is imperative that the primary guest complete the check-in form before arrival. Failing to do so, the access codes will NOT be forwarded.
  • Once the check-in form has been completed, and within 24-hours prior to your arrival, the hostess will contact you via SMS / WhatsApp in order to forward you your access codes.


▶︎ SELF-CHECK-IN WITH PARKING

  • The remote control to open the carport, will be secured in a keylock box located in the entrance hall. Once the check-in form has been completed, your host will contact you within 24-hours prior to your arrival via SMS / WhatsApp to forward you the keylock code.

CHILDREN § OCCUPANCY

▶︎ Vacation rental / for stays from 2 to 89-days:

  • Infants from 0 to 2 years stay for free, children aged 3 and over are counted as adults.
  • All rates includes a double occupancy (2-persons) make sure to indicate the total amount of persons upon booking us.
  • Any additional person over two, is pending a daily supplement of 40€ per night/per person.
  • When completing our online registration form, you will be requested to indicate the day of birth of all accompanying persons.
  • Kindly refer to the individual unit capacities in order to ascertain the maximum occupancy allowed.


▶︎ Serviced apartment rentals / for stays as of 90-days:

  • All children from 0 to 17 years of age are accounted for as adults.
  • The base rate is for one (1) person, make sure to indicate the total amount of persons upon booking us.
  • Any additional person over one, is pending a daily supplement of 15€ per night/per person.
  • Kindly refer to the individual unit capacities in order to ascertain the maximum occupancy allowed.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

All of bookings are deemed confirmed and completed upon the following:

▶︎ For stays from 2 to 89-days: 

▶︎ Registration (online check-in form)

  • The primary guest is requested to complete our online registration form before arrival. A secure link will be sent to you.

▶︎ Damage deposit (no cash):

  • 300€ / a secure link will be sent to you to settle a credit card pre-authorisation, without impacting your card limit.


▶︎ Serviced apartment rentals / for stays as of 90-days:

▶︎ Registration (online check-in form)

  • The primary guest + ALL accompanying persons are to be registered with photo ID, before arrival.

▶︎ Damage deposit (no cash):

  • 1.200€ / a secure link will be sent to you to settle a credit card pre-authorisation, without impacting your card limit / payment may be settled by bank transfer.


Following the completion of your reservation, a summary will be forwarded in order to easily and conveniently complete your booking with R213.
