Our Serviced Apartment 6A boasts a sixth-floor terrace, which allows guests to experience the city from a unique vantage point. The day area is flooded with natural light and features a modern, stylish dining area, complemented by a fully-equipped counter kitchen. Cleverly distanced from the day-area facing tranquil inner-city courtyards, you'll find two bedrooms each one of them fitted with top-of-the-line King-size sleeping arrangements for a guaranteed good night’s sleep. Finally, you will find the primary bathroom, which is equipped with a double vanity and a bathtub/shower. Adjacent to this is a secondary bathroom, which contains a vanity and a toilet.




OUR SERVICED APARTMENTS RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING FORMALITIES

Any service apartment booking will only come into existence upon completion of the following:

1️⃣ DAMAGE DEPOSIT

  • A mandatory 1.200€ damage deposit, needs to be settled, hereby the options available to you:
    • credit card pre-authorisation once you've settled your booking, a secured online link will be forwarded to you, in order to settle your damage deposit in the form of a pre-authorisation - sorry, no American Express / Diners Club - Upon departure, and following an inspection, R213 will release the pre-authorisation within 48h.
    • wire transfer in order to settle your damage deposit via bank transfer, please contact us accordingly. Upon departure, and following an inspection, R213 will reimburse you the damage deposit minus eventual bank charges within seven days.


2️⃣ ONLINE CHECK-IN/REGISTRATION

  • Registration is a legal requirement for long term rentals, consequently ALL occupants included in your booking are to provide R213 with a copy of an official and valid government issued identification document. Once you've settled your booking, a secured link towards our online check-in form, will be forwarded to you, so that you may upload your documents.
    • EU citizens: a copy of a valid ID card is required.
    • NON-EU citizens: a copy of a valid passport is required.


3️⃣ RENTAL CONTRACT

  • A rental contract for a serviced apartment in Belgium is a written agreement specifying the terms of the tenancy, including the duration, rent, security deposit, and any additional costs or services. In order to register yourself with the appropriate authorities in Brussels, the rental contract is an obligation.
