FORMALITIES THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN

 In order to complete your booking with R213, may we ask you to complete the following two formalities:

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

  • Prior to arrival, a mandatory 1.200€ damage deposit, needs to be settled online, hereby the options available to you:
    • credit card pre-authorisation: once you've settled your booking, a secured online link towards our partner website SWIKLY, will be forwarded to you, in order to settle your damage deposit in the form of a pre-authorisation - sorry, no American Express / Diners Club - Upon departure, and following an inspection, R213 will release the pre-authorisation within 48h.
    • wire transfer: in order to settle your damage deposit by bank transfer, please contact us accordingly. Upon departure, and following an inspection, R213 will reimburse you the damage deposit minus eventual bank charges within seven days.

    ONLINE CHECK-IN/REGISTRATION

    • Registration is a legal requirement, consequently ALL occupants included in your booking are to provide R213 with a copy of their official government issued identification document. Once you've settled your booking, a secured link towards our online check-in form, will be forwarded to you, so that you may upload your documents.
      • EU citizens: a copy of a valid ID card is required.
      • NON-EU citizens: a copy of a valid passport is the norm.

    ⚠︎ Any booking will only come into existence when the first payment + damage deposit + registration has been made and your confirmation has been dispatched in writing by us.

    OUR SUPPLEMENTS

    HOUSEKEEPING

    Weekly housekeeping services are included in your rental. Additional housekeeping services are available, upon request, pending a 75€ supplement per service.


    LINEN SERVICE

    Your apartment has been fitted with bed linens and a full set of bath linens in accordance with the number of persons booked. Additional linen refreshment services are available: bed linens: 25€ per bed / bath linens: 20€ per person.

    PARKING

    Pending a 300€ monthly supplement an onsite private parking may be reserved.

    Neighbourhood

    All of our apartments are located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brussel’s emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 15 minutes’ walk from our historic city-centre. What’s more, you’ll be able to hop on our city’s tramway network right at your doorstep.

    Like many multicultural inner-city areas, our own neighbourhood is in full revitalisation mode, the scenery is diversified, Our immediate neighbours include several hotels, including our very own 4-Star property, and numerous heritage buildings with some of them being revamped to their reminiscent glory. At first view it may take a moment to habituate to, but a fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere right from Chaussee de Haecht, just around the corner from us, with a great food scene, ethnic shops, and a warm and friendly community largely makes up for this.

    On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church. Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the “Botanique” being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.

    Transport

    R213 location will most certainly benefit the start of your scheduled professional or leisure activities, as we are within walking distance from Brussels shopping district, its historical city centre or all major businesses. Public transport facilities are literally accessible at our doorstep, with easy access to all European Institutions nearby and our international railroad network.

      • from Brussels Central Station (Gare Centrale) – train station in the heart of Brussels: walk 600 meters to tram stop called Palais, take tram number 92 for about 6 minutes to Gillon halt, we are located right at the stop.
