😀 - Property is located on the second floor of the building with a very clean lift. The building is well maintained and very clean. Property is ideal in location to city centre, public transport and supermarkets. Property is bright, clean and spacious. Kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Kitchen has basic ovenware, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a large table and chairs to seat 6 people in the open plan dining/living area. Coat rack in the open living area to put outdoor coats, shoes etc. Small walk-in cupboard with washing machine, clothes airier, ironing board, hoover, mop and bucket and Childs highchair. Bathroom is well equipped with bath and grab rail on the wall and walk-in shower (thank you for providing the shower chair, it was perfect for our needs) Toiletries and towels are provided in the bath and shower area (lovely idea and very useful) 2 large double bedrooms with king size beds, lots of room for each of us to spread out. Radio alarm clocks are provided in each room. Large wardrobes with lots of space to put your clothes away and store unwanted bedding (temperature did not go below 18 centigrade even at night) Balcony is small but perfect with a table and 2 chairs, we used it every day for breakfast and evening meal (lovely and quiet, you are not overlooked by other properties) T.V provides Netflix (free of charge) All the photos for this property are accurate and a true reflection of what you will find when you stay there. 😞 - Nothing to dislike.

😀 - The place was clean and well appointed. The representative who assisted us getting in and settled (Gonce) was nothing short of amazing.Great communication and follow through which was REALLY appreciated. 😞 - The location was a little further off the beaten path than it seemed. It was about a 20 minute walk to Le Grande Place and tho it was only a 12 minute walk from the Nord train station it was primarily up hill which was a bit rough with luggage and cobblestone sidewalks. No a/c is not ideal in the summer but they did give us fans and that was sufficient. Overall it was a really nice accommodation but not ideally placed geographically.

Great location Lots of space and great communication from the host 😞 - Would have loved a small bottle of wine on the table when we arrived as we got there so late but the place can't be criticised for that just a big added bonus!!

😀 - The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the main attractions of the city. The accommodation itself was fantastic – the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The amenities provided were excellent, including everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was spacious and inviting. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff handling my booking were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made sure every detail was taken care of, from the initial booking process to the moment I checked out. I highly recommend this place in Brussels for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 😞 - The only small improvement I could suggest is updating the balcony furniture. While it was still functional, a refresh would make the outdoor space as lovely as the rest of the accommodation.
