An open plan fully fitted kitchen, an authentic industrial dining table, makes the day area a truly exceptional space, where sheer comfort allows you to enjoy true convenience. If the apartment’s industrial credentials and light-filled day area isn’t temptation enough, the two King-size fitted bedrooms featuring ample closets will most certainly will. Tastefully complemented by a separate guest toilet, and a bathroom, with bathtub/shower and walk-in shower.

This service is scheduled as of the seventh (except on Sunday’s, and Public Holidays). If you so desire additional housekeeping and linen refreshment services are available, pending a 24h notice.

LINEN REFRESHMENT SERVICE: According to your reservation your residence has been fitted with bed and bath linens. Notwithstanding that R213 does it utmost to operate sustainably whilst fostering a culture of sustainability, an additional linen refreshment service is available. Please let us know if you wish your bed and or bath linens to be refreshed during your stay with us.

PARKING: Pending a daily supplement and upon availability, R213 has a private onsite parking at your disposal. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30 till 17h30.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Our default check-out time is until 11:00 p.m. Late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 3 p.m. are subject to availability and a 24 hours’ notice. For a departure after 3:00 p.m., we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.

BABY CRIBS: Infants from 0 to 4 years old are welcome free of charge, sharing existing bed configuration. Baby-cribs are available pending availability.

Neighbourhood

All of our apartments are located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brussel’s emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 15 minutes’ walk from our historic city-centre. What’s more, you’ll be able to hop on our city’s tramway network right at your doorstep.

Like many multicultural inner-city areas, our own neighbourhood is in full revitalisation mode, the scenery is diversified, Our immediate neighbours include several hotels, including our very own 4-Star property, and numerous heritage buildings with some of them being revamped to their reminiscent glory. At first view it may take a moment to habituate to, but a fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere right from Chaussee de Haecht, just around the corner from us, with a great food scene, ethnic shops, and a warm and friendly community largely makes up for this.

On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church. Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the “Botanique” being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.

R213 location will most certainly benefit the start of your scheduled professional or leisure activities, as we are within walking distance from Brussels shopping district, its historical city centre or all major businesses. Public transport facilities are literally accessible at your doorstep, with easy access to all European Institutions nearby and our international railroad network.

Please note, that the city of Brussels has introduced low emission zones throughout the city. Thereby helping to contribute to the conservation of the environment whilst increasing the quality of our city life. Regulation is now in place restricting certain vehicles. Access to the city limits requires prior registration and/or the payment of a fee.
